If you want your people to become entrepreneurial, it helps to have someone in your organization who keeps the topic on the agenda. Because while entrepreneurial actions are important, they can also easily be postponed.
But what profile should such a person have? A plainclothes police officer? A yay motivator? Below you'll find a sample vacancy test for this internal position.

- If you think this change should just happen naturally, or if you find it stupid that smart, highly educated people aren't task-mature enough for this part of their work, or if you think they'll just do it on their own after two explanations.
