Hi Mijke, I really wanted to thank you for the wonderful, inspiring, and informative sessions. It was an eye-opener to see how stuck I sometimes get in certain conversational patterns—and how your (simple yet effective!) tips immediately led to better results in my conversations. So valuable! And besides that: you're just a really nice person and a truly enjoyable trainer. Thank you for your energy, your insights, and your enthusiasm.

You manage to get us thinking, "Yes, this is good, we're going to do this," not just during the training, but also afterward. I admire how you do that. We often discuss the 70-20-10 theory, and I think of your training as a good example.

It was a pleasant process, creating an open atmosphere where we could try things out (and be allowed to make mistakes) and work together to find improvements within the comfort of the group. I found this valuable, and it's certainly thanks to Karin's excellent guidance.

Thank you so much for the materials and the excellent trainer training, Maarten! I taught online today and used several techniques, such as drawing a beach together, conducting the check-in round using the animal photos, and sending the participants for a walk. It was wonderful to see how we truly succeeded in creating that connection.

Hi Harriet, As you can see, I'm refreshing my memory by rereading "Client Wanted." And then I thought of you and the captivating way you delivered the training back then. Returning to the funnel principles, they're becoming increasingly well-established and are being refined. Last year, a colleague and I landed a great project, thanks in part to the knowledge we gained from the course. We're now in the implementation phase and are very busy. (Un)consciously, my network is growing nicely, and I'm getting more and more questions about my expertise, which in turn leads to interesting conversations, advice, and work.
