We, as a 7-person HPE Team, are in an 18-month training program with Jan Willem van Dreamfactory "Dove," went under? No way, we always came back up again. ???? I have to compliment Jan Willem. In my 34 years of service, I absolutely have to say that this—of the many training courses I've attended—is the most meaningful and impactful (yes, look it up!) training I've ever attended. The various sessions ultimately resulted in the seven of us thinking differently about how to serve our clients much better. I didn't catch any of my colleagues having a negative attitude toward this training; it's a shame it's (almost?...) over!

Thank you so much for the materials and the excellent trainer training, Maarten! I taught online today and used several techniques, such as drawing a beach together, conducting the check-in round using the animal photos, and sending the participants for a walk. It was wonderful to see how we truly succeeded in creating that connection.

As a result of the training, I've gained a wealth of sales-related skills that I'm trying to put into practice. Recently, I've generated no fewer than five leads this way, which have resulted in two great assignments! Thank you, especially for giving the participants the attention they deserve!
