Doers in support
Who can help us with catering and preparing course materials? More fun than stocking shelves (we think). Are you from Woerden, available during the week, organized, and independent? What will you do?
Talent, fun and craftsmanship reinforce each other
Trainer wanted (long-term)
Due to many satisfied customers, Dreamfactory growing. Are you coming on board?
The person we're looking for is an experienced and skilled trainer, passionate about their profession. You're someone who has made being sincere with clients their guiding principle; someone who reads our books and thinks something like, "I've been working this way for years, and maybe even a little better. And I'm happy to teach others the same way."
You enter into a structural connection with Dreamfactory and our way of working. You can work as an employee or as a freelancer with a very large client. You'll be part of our business, use our materials, and work with our clients.
This doesn't have to be 40 hours a week. But you do spend a significant portion of your working time on Dreamfactory. By the way, it happens irregularly that you work in the evenings.
Who are we looking for?
Well, we're pretty picky. Where can you check boxes?
- You're a top trainer or an experienced trainer who wants to improve. In any case, you have a few years of experience as a trainer.
- You have completed a thorough training course (for example at the School for Training) and you never stop learning.
- You recognise our ideas from the books and you are so enthusiastic about them that you would like to spread them.
- You can put yourself in the shoes of our target group: highly educated professionals in the field and their managers.
- You have some experience finding and keeping clients satisfied; you personally understand the challenges that sometimes arise.
- Practice what you preach – you do what you teach others.
- You always make sure "things turn out well." With the help of all your colleagues, of course.
Why are you happy about the collaboration?
- Inspiring collaboration and connection. Great colleagues. Helping and learning from each other.
- Perhaps the best training agency in the Netherlands (according to Karin de Galan on LinkedIn).
- Nice challenging assignments at nice clients, which is about results and having fun at the same time.
- Collaborate with top professionals in the field who encourage each other. With a well-developed philosophy that you, of course, help develop further.
- We're small enough to be personal and big enough to serve great clients.
- Working in a unique building, with delicious coffee and tea, and of course our toasted sandwiches and drinks. We love good food and drinks.
- We like to be very professional, yet personal and informal at the same time.
